Dale trained as a quantity surveyor in the 1980s before working across the building, oil, and gas sectors, while Karina brought valuable experience from her administration roles in both public and medical organisations. Their sons, Chris and Mike, completed science and business degrees before joining the family business in 2020 and 2023. Each arrived with their own skillset, ideas and ambition, a blend that has created a dealership grounded in professionalism, curiosity, and a commitment to doing things right.
